Affording Weight Loss Surgery

Over the last several years, Dr. King has worked vigilantly in his endeavor to persuade  the Baptist Memorial Hospital - North Mississippi to lower the cash price for weight loss surgery.  Dr. King understands that weight loss surgery may be the only answer for many who suffer the disease of obesity and he has stood diligently as the patient's advocate.  He has been unrelenting in his battle to provide better financial options for his patients.

We are excited to announce that in September of 2010, Dr. King championed his cause by convincing the hospital to reduce the cash price.  This is a victory, for sure, during these difficult economic times.  His dedication and perseverance has provided the patient population with a much better opportunity to gain a healthier, more fulfilled life.

Below you will find a form to help you calculate what your obesity is presently costing you.  Wouldn't you rather focus on spending your money to become healthier and happier?  It is certainly something to think about.

We urge you to call our office and speak with our Bariatric Patient Coordinator to learn more about the new cash price.  We look forward to talking with you!
